new camera!

So I graduated high school just about a week ago and I got a really amazing present from my parents. They got me a Fujifilm Finepix S5 Pro. I told them i wanted a Nikon so i was surprised when i opened the case because i didnt actually think they were going to get me a camera. My dad talked to my neighbor (who is a photographer) and she told him that this camera is way better than a Nikon and if I want to trade her for one of her Nikons she would gladly do so. I've been messing around with it since i got it but i havent gotten a chance to talk to my neighbor about it yet because she seems to know a lot about it. I think the memory card my dad bought has something wrong with it though because the pictures got all messed up when i put them on my computer. a couple of them are fine so i might put some up here. They are not amazing shots in anyway because i was just messing around with it and i'm so used to my Canon sd750. But we'll see. if any of you are actually reading this check out the pictures i put up and let me know what you think.
